Wednesday the Middletown South Field Hockey team defeated Manalapan by a score of 6-0. Katie Bruno scored 2 goals to lead the team. The team improves their record to 7-2-1.
The Boy's Soccer team lost their 5th overtime game this season by a score of 1-0 to Freehold Township. The game-winning goal was scored by Brian Cooney and assisted by Bobby Searby in the 96th minute of the game which dropped the Eagles' record to 1-7-2.
The Lady Eagles soccer team won 2-0 with a goal scored by Kate Krivitsky in the 22nd providing all the offense the Eagles needed to hold off Freehold Township. Megan Lepkoski scored a goal in the 72nd minute to put the game away.
