EAGLES TRAVEL TO SOUTHERN TO PICK UP THIRD STRAIGHT WIN

Middletown South continued on its recent hot streak with a 60-38 road win over Southern Regional.

After holding off a strong start by Southern, South led 14-10 at the end of the first quarter. The Eagles then extended their lead in the second quarter by winning the period 17-7 despite having Kyle Cancilleiri on the bench in foul trouble.

Cancilleiri scored 9 of his 11 points in the fourth quarter, while Jake Brodsky led the way with 16. Will Low and Pat O’Connell each added 10 in the Eagles third-straight win.
